What To Do if You are
Involved in an Accident

Check for Injuries.

Call 911, wait for police to arrive. Later obtain accident report.

Don't admit guilt.

Don't move vehicles unless instructed to by police, or if it is unsafe to leave them where they are.

Take pictures.

Exchange Insurance Information.

Don't sign Authorization to Repair at the scene of the accident.

If accident was clearly your fault, call your insurance company. If you believe it was the other person's fault call their insurance company.
