What To Do if You are
Involved in an Accident

  • Check for Injuries.

  • Call 911, wait for police to arrive.  Later obtain accident report.

  • Don't admit guilt.

  • Don't move vehicles unless instructed to by police, or if it is unsafe to leave them where they are.

  • Take pictures.

  • Exchange Insurance Information.

  • Don't sign Authorization to Repair at the scene of the accident.

  • If accident was clearly your fault, call your insurance company.  If you believe it was the other person's fault call their insurance company.

  • Call our office and we will help guide you through the process.
